Ingredients Substitution Guide

I know there is not one person out there who really wants to try a new recipe and after after finding the perfect recipe that you have been craving for, you jump off your comfortable seat only to realize and plonk back with a " Oh No! I don't have this ingredient! Now what do i do? ". Right? A lot of us in India browse through recipes from abroad only to realize that some of the ingredients are impossible to find here.
